We're thrilled that you'll be joining us for LIFT24: The Strata Users Virtual Summit. We wanted to share a few tips for making the most of your experience on our event website.

I'm having video or audio issues. What do I do?

Here's how to get the most out of your experience:

• You may experience issues loading videos if you are connected to VPN as your organization may block it due to streaming bandwidth issues. Try disconnecting and reloading the video.
• If you are connected to a secure WiFi network, try connecting to a Guest WiFi instead. Many secure networks block streaming content.
• Google Chrome is the best browser for viewing. If you are not using Chrome, close your current browser and open the website in Chrome instead.
• Try clearing your cookies and cache.
• If all else fails, try re-starting your computer and opening the event site in Google Chrome.

How do I log in to my account on the event site?

If you are not currently logged into the site, select 'Agenda' on the top menu, then click 'My Interests' at the top of the list of sessions. Click 'Login' if you have already registered previously or 'Register' if this is your first time. You will be prompted for the email address that you originally registered for. Then check your email inbox for a link to automatically log you in.

How do I update my event registration ticket?

At the bottom of the event site page, click 'Looking for your ticket'. You will be prompted for the email address that you originally registered for. Then check your email inbox for a link to automatically log you in.

What is the star icon next to the session titles?

Selecting the star icon will simply add it to your "My Interests" list. This is a good way of keeping track of the sessions you might want to attend.

How do I join sessions?

You'll join sessions directly from the Agenda page by clicking the "Join Broadcast" button. Be sure to join sessions 2 minutes before the scheduled start time. 

Helpful tips:

• Run the Quick Tech Check to make sure you don’t have any issues in accessing the sessions. 
• We recommend you use Google Chrome as your browser and have ad blockers and pop up blockers disabled. 
• Note that all sessions will use computer audio. 
• Please refer to our attendee troubleshooting guide should you have any technical issues.

I’ve tried all the suggestions above and am still unable to connect, who do I contact?
